The purpose of the MASTER Learner Foundation is to provide scholarships for students who do not have other opportunities at funding sources for educational programs.

Scholarships are awarded on an annual basis in an effort to be more inclusive of all students. All scholarship recipients MUST adhere to a 90% attendance rate in the program in order to remain eligible for the following year.

In the summer of 2019, a limited number of scholarships will range from $100 - $150 for Kinder Prep & Innovation Through Inquiry classes thanks in part to a grant from our LA County Supervisor Janice Hahn’s Office for students attending Rowland Heights elementary schools, such as Killian, Shelyn, Blandford, Jellick, and Rowland Elementary!

Schools verify students applying for possible scholarships. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please submit the application along with the registration form for the determined educational program so that funds are awarded directly to the service provider of the program. NO FUNDS WILL BE AWARDED TO INDIVIDUALS. If the terms of the awards are violated and not used directly toward that student's program fees, that student would not be eligible for future scholarships and/or that school may not be eligible depending upon the liable entity.
